Nicole Richie pleads not guilty Nicole Richie has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
Nicole was arrested for drink-driving in Los Angeles in December after police just happened to notice she was driving her car on the wrong side of the road. Police confirmed that the 25-year-old freely admitted having taken marijuana and the painkiller Vicodin. She had to pay a fine of $15, 000. Nicole did not appear in court to make her plea. She could face 90 days in prison because she already has one DUI (Driving Under the Influence) conviction from 2003. |
